Childsplay Terms & Conditions

1. Each parent or guardian is responsible for their own child, the play area is unsupervised
2. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure their child is well behaved and respectful to others in the play area, hitting or swearing can lead to having the session ended without refund
3. All props to be kept in the play area please and not the café or toilets
4. Please ensure your child is safe at all times we have a lot of props which could become choking hazards to small children
5. Please make your child aware of our “rules of play” which is displayed around Childsplay Café
6. Only food or drink from our café can be consumed on the premises
7. No shoes allowed in the play area for children or adults
8. Please report any accidents or incidents to a member of staff
9. You are responsible for your own belongings Childsplay Café do not accept liability for any loss, stolen or damaged during your visit
10. No food or drink permitted in the play area
11. Bookings at Childsplay café are non refundable, however we can try our best to reschedule if you give 24 hours notice
12. Each session is limited to two hours to allow us to prepare the town and café for our next sessions, we would kindly ask all visitors to leave promptly at the end of their session
13. Please only take photographs of your own children
